Ingredients for 6 coffee cream
For the “cream” part :
- 60 ml full cream
- 15 g sugar
For the “coffee” part :
- 420 ml of light Sati coffee
- 20ml of full cream according to your taste
- Sugar to taste
Start by making the “cream”:
Mix the whole cream with the sugar and beat well until all the sugar has melted. Spread the mixture in the bottom of the moulds. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Mix the coffee with the cream and sugar. The sugar must be well dissolved in the coffee. Pour the mixture into the moulds and place the sticks.
Once the popsicles have set, turn them out of the moulds and enjoy! 😋
(Tip: run the moulds under warm water for easy unmoulding).
