L’Industrie Magnifique is back for a second edition in Strasbourg from 3 to 13 June! This unique meeting between public authorities, patrons and artists offers an open-air exhibition.
The aim is to promote the region and its players by promoting know-how and industrial heritage and by developing cultural sponsorship. L’industrie Magnifique wants to make contemporary art accessible to as many people as possible!
The Haute École des Arts du Rhin (HEAR) has joined forces with Industrie Magnifique in order to link two worlds: industry, business and the world of culture and the arts.
HEAR highlights the Talents Sati 🖼️
For this 2021 edition, HEAR has selected the Talents Sati partnership initiated in 2013. This international competition is open to students and young graduates of one of the partner art schools in France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland and allows the winner(s) to occupy the façade of the roastery for one year. An extraordinary showcase for these up-and-coming artists.
Antoine Lejolivet, a visual artist and graduate of the school, has decided to pay tribute to these award-winning artists through a scenographic installation entitled “Extrait”. Some of the works from previous years as well as a model of the roastery have been reproduced on the scale of the HEAR garden.
The exhibition is open to the public in the HEAR gardens located at 1 rue de l’Académie de Strasbourg.
