For St Patrick’s Day, discover our Irish Coffee recipe. To be drunk hot!
For a cocktail
- 4 cl Irish whiskey
- 10cl strong and hot coffee
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (or sugar syrup or maple)
- whipped cream
- a mug or glass that is resistant to heat
In a saucepan, heat the whisky with sugar until it is well dissolved (without going as far as boiling). Pour hot water into your glass and then empty it (Simply heat up the glass wall.).
Pour the sugar and whisky mixture in your glass.
Gently add the coffee. Add some the whipped cream on top of your drink.
