The same commitment for three generations...

Café Sati is a family, regional and independent company since 1926.

The Schulé family has established and maintained partnership relationships with all producers based on trust. During our travels around the world, we have had the desire to develop an ethical approach. Respect for partners, protection of the environment and development of a range of products with a double certification: organic and fair trade.

Respectful of its founding values, it has been able to transmit this know-how while remaining faithful to tradition.

• For a sustainable and equitable economy that respects its partners

By joining the Max Havelaar program, Cafés Sati have chosen to pay the fair price for their coffee. Max Havelaar enables producing countries to achieve sustainable development (economic, social and environmental). Today, 40% of the coffees we buy are Fair Trade Certified.


Libre Objet recovers packaging scraps from packaging lines and makes carrier bags which are then bought back by Sati for marketing purposes.


Les Jardins de la Montagne Verte recycles the skins from the roasting process and composts them to obtain a natural fertilizer.


Since 2013, Les Cafés Sati offer an important showcase for young talents from 9 art schools in France, Germany and Switzerland. Students are invited to invest the 120m2 roasting facade for one year.

In 2019, 24 projects were presented, 3 selected by a pre-jury and the finalist work selected by a jury of personalities from the cultural world. The 3rd and 2nd projects are rewarded with 500€ each. The winner receives a grant of €4,000 as well as funding for the reproduction and installation of his or her work in large format.

New in 2019: The works of the previous years are now enhanced in partnership with Libre Objet in order to make bags, kits, etc…

• For optimum and constant quality assurance

The quality of the products is guaranteed by the care that Sati takes in all the steps necessary to make the best coffees. From the cherry of the coffee tree to the cup of coffee, know-how, skills and experience are the watchwords of our quality approach.

Since 2006, we have met the IFS Food (International Feature Standard Food) requirements to guarantee the safety and quality of production. This certification verifies the quality of 300 points concerning manufacturing, controls, quality management, infrastructure and traceability.

Sati is a roaster anchored on its territory, a regional company, we want to keep close to our customers.

It is concretized and verified by a generational anchorage where the purchase and consumption of products stamped Sati are transmitted from generation to generation.
