Would you like to enjoy a good Viennese coffee this autumn?
For 2 people:
- 40 cl of Sati coffee
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon bitter cocoa powder
– Whip the whipped cream with the caster sugar using an electric whisk.
– Pour the coffee into two cups.
– Pour 1 lump sugar into each cup.
– Place the whipped cream in a piping bag and coat the coffees. You can sprinkle them with a little cocoa.
